Decided to pull myself out of bed early this morning and do a long run and try to catch-up a little from Mon. & Tues.

I decided to run the 17+ loop we (Bill, Dave & Myself) ran last Sat. The only difference is I started from my house. I just took it easy and a little slower, but still got tired at the end.

WOW. You are Most impressive. You rock. You must have had a serious fight with the wife? Or just have a lot on the mind of the Desert Runner!

You are insane - I am still wiped from Saturday and here you go hitting it again!

It's really not too impressive when you look at what I did on Mon & Tues. I'm still a little behind where I wanted to be by Wed. for a 60 mile week.

Good Job Steve. I was hoping for a big week, but I don't know the wart thing was a little more painful, than I thought it was going to be.
