AM- Ran to the store, great morning. Solid pace. Hami was a little tight, but worked it's way out as the run progressed. 9 miles. PM - Run home about 4pm. 3 x 1 mile repeats on the bike path. (5:20, 5:16, 5:20). Realy felt like I was working on the last one. My hips and hami are not working properly. 9 miles.
