Went with the guys on a trail run up the Pine Valley Mt. range. I think we gained almost 2000 ft in 6 miles. It was nice to run in cooler temps. It's just too bad we had to go to almost 9000ft to be cooler. I felt pretty good at the end of the run and wasn't too tight in the evening.

Up 6 miles from Central to Pine Valley on the road. It wasn't an easy run but, over all felt good. I'll probably be a little stiff in the morning.

5 mile morning run. I was surprised that I wasn't too tight this morning from the increase in miles. However, I wouldn't say I was moving that fast. I also spent about 1 hour stretching.

Skipped evening run due to being too tired.

Feeling a better this morning. Did an easy 5 around 10am and it was already pretty hot. My legs felt fine just flat.

Looking forward to the group run with the guys this evening.

Evening run with Bill and Clyde was so hot out. It must have still been 100+. I Google Earthed the loop and it was 9.5 on the nose. Felt pretty good, did about a 1mile pick-up with Clyde. He pulled about 50M in front of me by the end. I can tell my strength and endurance is starting to increase. Overall I felt good.

GELLO! That's the new name for my legs. I felt awful this afternoon. It's amazing how I can go from feeling great yesterday to feeling awful today. I'm probably not going to get in another run today.

Ran from Pine Valley Park Entrance down the Pine Valley Hwy to RT 18, took a left and went down to Veyo, up over the Veyo Hill.

Felt Pretty good. Took it slow in the beginning and picked it up a little at the end. I was pretty happy with the run. I know I'm going to be feeling it in the morning.
