I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

5 mile morning run. I was surprised that I wasn't too tight this morning from the increase in miles. However, I wouldn't say I was moving that fast. I also spent about 1 hour stretching.

Skipped evening run due to being too tired.

The smoke isn' too bad- I really havent look outside today. I didn't even see it at 5ish today on my morning run.

I may have a cool run for us on Thursday. Cool becasue its all by the river, most of it. I've got to go explore and find out the details.

Those are some pretty fast 10k times. It's amazing how much competition is up in SLC. I wonder what that course is like?

I'm hoping to get in around 70 miles for the week.

I was thinking about going 15+ on Sat. It all depends on how I feel the day of.
