Went with the guys on a trail run up the Pine Valley Mt. range. I think we gained almost 2000 ft in 6 miles. It was nice to run in cooler temps. It's just too bad we had to go to almost 9000ft to be cooler. I felt pretty good at the end of the run and wasn't too tight in the evening.

Good job on the run!

Your comming right along with your training. You hung in there pretty good thursday night and then did a good job on saturday morning. Both those runs were not what you'd call easy. If you hold your mileage for the next week or two you'll be ready for some kind of race to see where your at. I'll bet your in a lot better shape than you think you are.
