AM - Did my Telegraph to Man of War run with a 7 mile tempo. 2.25 mile warm up. The tempo felt pretty good, nice and relaxed. Here's the splits 5:45, 5:39, 5:48 (through industrial park), 5:45, 5:46, 5:51, 5:44. Really happy with the run and how I felt.
Had my hips and back worked on by April.
PM - Easy, Easy 5 miles with the club. Fell off the back and cut it short.
