| AM - 13 miles. Really nice morning, t-shirt and shorts. Started off nice and easy and started picking up the pace 6:18-6:29. I was feeling pretty good so I just kept it nice and steady. By 11.5 miles I was at 6:45 average, then I slowed and coasted in the last 1.5miles up the hill and back to the house. |

AM - 6 miles out and back. Steady.
PM - Ran home from the store via River Rd Loop extended. I felt really good. Saw the Pine View Track guys and ran with them for about 3/4 of a mile. 11.50 miles. |

| AM- Ran this morning with Clyde, Dave, Quadsi, and Bull. I had a hard time getting going and was pretty tired. I don't think I said a word until about 3 miles into the run. Normal morning - except for the sand trap in the middle of the river trail. Happy to be done for the day!!! |

AM - 6 miles out and back around the turf farm to the light at Walmart.
PM - Ran with the club. Felt pretty good until I started having stomach problems. Hit the bathroom at the park but still didn't feel much better. So, I decided to cut the run short and cut over to the convention center. 7 miles. |

| AM - Out and back to the OutBack light on Redcliffs. Held I nice solid pace and did about 5 x 400 pick-ups. Decided to cut it a mile short due to time issues. I was planning on 10, did 9 miles. |

| AM - Met- up with the club this morning and ran River Rd, to Bingham Rd, Man of War, Bloomington Loop, and back to the Dixie Center. Mike, Tom, Bill, Dustin and Myself Stayed with each other most the way. As we started going through Bloomington my Hami started tightening up and I pulled back quite a bit the last 5 miles. Overall, I really wasn't too happy about the run - just happy it's done. |
