Steve,

I have still been feeling some stiffness in the legs, also my lower stomach/upper groin area has been hurting a little. Hopefully within another few days I will be feeling back to normal. Once again good race on Saturday.

I think you ran an amazing race saturday. I was impressed how fast you went out and you kept up the pace. I think we will be peaking for st.george. I had to crawl home Saturday after the race.

there is a race this weekend. peach days 12 k. it is not really a race. you pick guess your time that you think your finish and you get an award. top 15 people get something. i will bring the form tonight. I was thinking we may want to run 20 saturday?

That would be a tough race if the course is not certified or at least properly measured. The way to win it is to find out exactly how the course goes, then run it enough times to develop a feel for a certain pace.
