Quick 2.5 morning run in the desert reserve.

Night Run from house over to Green Valley, around the Black Hill, up Main to 700 S., over to River Rd., up to the BLVD., down to the Diagonal and back to the house. When I Google Earthed the look when I got home it's right about at 14 miles. I really didn't enjoy the run too much. Night runs by myself are pretty lonely.

Hey Steve, nice run yesterday. I'm not going to be around Thursday night, but what are your plans for Saturday? I know Clyde is going to be out of town and Bill is thinking about doing the Swiss Days 5K, I have also been thinking of doing the race, but would also like to get in some more miles, sometime I would like to go run a few miles on the marathon course, let me know sometime this week what your plans are.

Good run Steve. Way to get out and get some healthy miles in early in the week.
