I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

Got up early this morning again and ran 10.5 out into the WA Fields.  Nice run.  It really is dark at 5am.

Hope your week is going o.k. Try and push through this week and finish hard. If you want to get together on Thursday morning it would be nice. I'll be out of town every Thursday and Saturday from here to the marathon. Anyways good job and I'll try and stop by today.
