AM - Track workout and club pictures this morning at Dixie College. Great group, almost 60 people. It was a blast seeing everyone this morning. I chose not to do the workout due to my IT Band acting up a bit. So, I just did loops around the track and ran home. 10 miles. Went over and got a massage and had my IT band worked on. It's not too bad I just want to be proactive about it.
