I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

easy 5 this morning. Looking forward to running with the club at 4pm.

Legs a little tight from yesterday, but not too bad.

Bill, Dave & Paul were nice enough to come up to the store and pick me up for the run. Pretty good run, we just weaved around town and got in some good miles. Bill pulled us most the way, even with his calf being jacked-up.

I think I'm going to only do 5-7 mile tomorrow and rest my body a little before running the 1/2 marathon course on Sat. with the guys.

Ended up running about 9. I really didn't feel 100%, still feeling some residual effects from the 17 miler yesterday.
