Desert reserve morning run - 7 miles easy.
This evening we met at the St. George Acceleration Ctr. for a lecture on nutrition and training. We ended up leaving early to get our run in. 8 miles - Bloomington Loop. After about 2 miles in we picked the pace up a little but, after about 3 miles my Burrito from lunch started trying to get out of my system (if you know what I mean). So, I pulled off the trail while Clyde watched for people - and I took care of business. After that I felt much better and we just cruised back to the cars. |
