I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

Ran with Bill, Clyde and Dustin. Cut the run short by not going over the Foremaster Hill and met back-up with the guys on the Virgin River Trail South of River Rd. Bill and I stuck together from there back to Worthen Park.

It was nice not to have any pain the whole run. When I came home I did my stretches, massage, exercises and icing.

I'm hoping for another good day tomorrow.

Good to hear you felt ok on the run yesterday. Its good to have everyone in the club out. I hope you can just continue to improve and can start pushing it with this summer the guys.

you don't need to push it to hard. your pic speaks volumes. don't mess with the desert runner!! glad to see your improving and getting better
