Easy 5 this morning out in the reserve. I'm really liking getting out early and running when the temp is perfect. Soleus was a little tight, but loosened up after a couple miles.

Looking forward to the club run tonight.

Ran with the guys out into the desert reserve. Pretty good run, took it easy.  Started feeling a little fatigued towards the end of the run.

Good job getting out early again this morning. That is one area I need to improve on. I think my summer schedule should work pretty well for me to be able to run both morning and evening workouts. I was 146 last night when I got home from my run, then 149 this morning. I want to be down to at least 140 at some point this summer.

i LOVE those shoes! probably my favorite pair yet. i appreciate all your efforts in ensuring my (& everyone's) satisfaction with their shoes.

...and you got me thinking. it really is sad how expensive massage is, especially for runners who really need it. jared's going to kill me (IF he finds out;) but for any runners referred by you, i'll bring my table to their house for $40. so if you hand out any more of my cards, tell them to call my cell #. i've had a lot of people ask me to do that anyway, but never thought seriously about it until we were talking about it. i just know how vital massage is for runners- they are my favorite clients & i want to make it more available for them.
