AM - 1st morning of track this with the running club for the new year. A lot of new people. This is the first time we have started track so early in the season. I think it's going to be good. I just took it easy. The hips were still pretty tight. However, the SI joint is still doing better since change shoes. Did Warm-up, Dynamic Stretches, 3x100M strides, 12x200M Strides, 200 recovers, 3 Stairs, Cooldown. Then came home and ran another 4.5 miles. Total - 10.5 miles.
