I did 3 miles (TM) in 28:37 during the plyo run portion. AP 9:32 I was going to do a cool down mile and ran half of it at 6.0 but then was sick of running TM so I took it up gradually to 8.0. AP 9:12.

Insert 60 seconds of a plymetrics move between each 1/4 mile run as follows:
1/4 mile run
Squat Jumps
1/4 mile run
High Knees
1/4 mile run
Plank Jacks
1/4 mile run
Jumping Lunges
Repeat for as long as desired. Added plank x3 @ 1 min each. Cleaning today and putting up Christmas decor.
