Weird day. I was so TIRED and annoyed and wasn't going to run. I took a nap instead. Then Jeff got home from running 6 miles and said "You need to go out there. The sun is out." So I did. It was 53 degrees when I left at 3:30pm. BEAUTIFUL blue skies, sunny, white mountains. Such amazing Feb weather. I said that to a few people I smiled at while running past "isn't this weather amazing!" So my left foot was hurting the entire run. It's been hurting all week. I think it's the PF hurt. I need to look back through my blogs and see which foot was hurting when I bought my chacos in the summer. So I've been wearing the chacos all week when not running but today it really hurt. Is it the ghost 4's or just time to have PF? ugh. Maybe when I start doing yoga again next week it'll get better. I didn't think I'd have a problem with the ghost 4's cause I've worn the glycerins and launches and this shoes is supposed to be something in between the two. The PF was worse as I ran uphill and I ran both parks so...I also started feeling nauseous and my stomach was in knots the last 1.5 mile BUT I was so happy I got out of bed and got out to run!

Awesome that you went out there. I'm sure it helped your "annoyed" mood too. When my PF was at its worst its when I was wearing my Brooks. As soon as I quit wearing them, it started to feel better. Its still not completely gone but its much better. So it might be your shoes.

but...it might not be your shoes.

do the toe scrunches. every morning, every night, in the middle of the day. whenever you're just idly off your feet.

nice job getting out on this run - it always pays off! :-)
