Until my foot is normal, I will stair climb and xtrain.
1 hour on the stairs. My legs are still fatigued from Saturday. I did so many lunges it felt like I had ran a marathon.

Hey Bec! Thanks for your nice comments today on my blog-o.
So I am having foot issues as well. Everyday I run, then I come home and about an hour later I am limping around. Mostly my right foot, but I did have an issue with my left one as well for a week. It's so weird. But it scares me. I don't want it to turn into a fracture.
How is married life?

When I had something going on with my foot a couple years ago a long time runner told me to soak it in a 5 gallon bucket ice bath. I did it every day for a couple weeks and it hurts really bad for a couple minutes (like worst-pain-in-your-life hurt) but after that the foot goes numb. Soak for 10-15 minutes at a time (no more) and if it's a muscle/tendon/ligament problem the foot ice bath should help. Crazy, yes, but effective. I keep telling people to do it and haven't had too many takers as it really does hurt like crazy, but it works.

Thanks for the comments everybody!
Scott, Thanks for the comment. I had to have some kind of fun during all of that wedding stuff, hence the picture.
Lily, It sounds like your foot problems are more intense than mine. If I feel ANYTHING going on I freak out. I have had a lot of SF's sooo...I don't want to chance anything. Please take care of your little feet!
Russ, Thanks for the recommendation of giving your foot a miniature ice bath. I had a bad case of plantars, and I would do that and switch it off with the hottest water I could stand, it went away! Ice always seems to cure. It's taking the time to ice and sit uncomfortable for an amount of time.
