9 miles at Sugarhouse Park.  Running at that park brings back so many memories of living and running in that area, I miss it.  I mainly went there because I was running a 5k with Rachelle and her family.  It was a walk/run to support organ/tissue donation.  It was really cool to see all of the families out supporting their loved ones that have been a part of the cause.

I ran a little with Erica from the blog and it was really fun getting to know her a little bit more.  Erica had ran 18 miles that day and I was really proud of her to do a long run before she showed up for the 5k.

My 5k time was horrible and I felt like crap running up and down the hills of the park.  Oh well, it was really fun.  I loved meeting Rachelle's awesome family and being a part of an amazing cause.  Rachelle ROCKED the 5k with a sub 20!

and...I got 2nd place with my 'crappy' race time that I'm not even going to blog as a race :)

I'm glad you had a good run/race. That stinky Timp just killed our legs...KILLED!! I can't imagine not taking it easy on that trail :)
