3 miles to shake out the cob webs before tomorrow's race.  7:31 AP.  Last miles I did 5 strides.

Goals for tomorrow:

1.  Sub 3:20.  I have my pace band printed out and rearing to go.  My goal is to keep to the pace and to not go out like a full blown maniac (this happens often).

2.  Try to enjoy myself

3.  If 1 and 2 fail qualify for Boston... 3:35

4.  If I fail 3, pull over for a stop and wait for the 4:00 pacer (RAD)

I am getting nervous about my 3:20 goal, it scares me.  The other day my mom told me if my goals don't scare me, they ain't big enough.  Guess it's big enough for now. :-)

I know it seems scary but you are BEYOND ready for this race Bec. Look back at your workouts, your PR races, and all the work that you have done. Go into the race with confidence and relax. Good luck and have fun!

I'll see you up at the start. If I drop I'll be cheering me heart out for you. :)

I totally echo Rachelle. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with yourself tomorrow at this time :) Only downside is that I won't get to run with you!
