My goal is to keep to the pace and to not go out like a full blown maniac (this happens often). 2. Try to enjoy myself 3. If 1 and 2 fail qualify for Boston... 3:35 4. If I fail 3, pull over for a stop and wait for the 4:00 pacer (RAD) I am getting nervous about my 3:20 goal, it scares me.
