2 mile warm up. 1 min each incline @ 4, 5, 6% 2 min jog 1 min each incline @ 5,6,7% 2 min jog 1 min each @6, 7, 8% 2 min jog 1min each@ 7, 6,5% 2 min jog 1 min each@ 6,5,4% 2 min jog 5 miles on the bike, did some stuff with kettle weights, walked 1 mile. Evening dance class. :) |
