4 miles on the TM. 30 min on the bike. Plan was to bike an hour but I was chafing in random spots, so that had to end early.
30 minutes of weights and crunches.

Larry and I got the senior couple pass to the Legacy Center, one of these days I wanna try their group classes, like spin and yoga! :)

Life is good in Texas. Race season is just getting started down here. I am trying to convince the hubby to run a 10 mile pajama run in San Antonio. Just stinks we have to drive 3 hours to run a race. Other than that, I can't complain.
