AM: Ran to the gym. Got to the gym and they were doing ID checks to get in. Of course I did not have my ID to get in, but they let me in anyway. 5 progressive miles on the TM. They lady on the TM was going pretty fast and I wanted to keep up with her. I enjoyed the motivation. PM: Plan was to run to the gym, do a weight session and run 1 mile on the TM. ID check again and I didn't have my ID. Grrrr, they wouldn't let me in this time, so I ventured to the track. By this time it was 100+ outside with a MASSIVE headwind. This run only made me stronger. |
