6 miles starting at 7:30 a.m. It was already really hot out by mile two.  I kept moving along until mile 6.  I had to drop my car off to get the oil changed and ran a mile up to the gym.

7 miles on the TM (I am a total baby), even in the gym I just drip sweat.

1 mile back home.

Outside miles 8:30 AP, TM miles 8:00 AP.  Glad this run is out of the way.  I will have to start running at 5:30 again if I want outside miles.

Wow awesome midweek LR!! The heat is so so hard! I am impressed you are running as much as you are outside. I have friends in TX and have heard it is crazy hot already.

What marathon are you training for?

Thanks Rachelle! Sometimes it's the heat or the humidity here. I hope it will make me stronger, who knows? I just have to drink a lot of Gatorade.

I am training for Des News. I am awfully scared of the elevation and the hills, but I need to train for something. There aren't any Texas marathons in the summer because of the weather. Should be fun.

nice run Becca! I'm glad you 'sweated' it out :) you'll love the 'cool' weather here in July!
