6.5 miles on a sad sad body. I can't remember the last time I have felt so slow and tired during a run. I knew that I was recovering from the sickness over the weekend, but I felt just awful. It's so frustrating to think that all of your training has gone to pot when you feel this miserable. Sat down at mile 3 for a rest in the shade. Took a drink break at mile 4. I still had an 8:27 AP, I guess that's good? |
