10 miles on the TM. 1.5 to warm up and .5 to cool down. Fartlek on the TM. 8 miles AP 6:53. Went a quarter mile on 8.0, half mile on 8.5 and a mile on 9.0. Repeated that five times. On the fifth repeat brought the last half mile up to 9.5. Yoga today. :) |
