Met the running group at the gym in the AM.  Ran with a gal named Caitlyn at a 7:30 pace for the first three.  Finally met someone here that has some speed!

Ran the ten remainder miles later on the TM.  Same workout as yesterday.  Listened to some running Podcasts so the gym thing wouldn't be so boring.

What running podcasts to you listen to?

I just went onto Itunes and looked under health and fitness. There is one that is about ultra marathoning. I am not really into ultras but the podcast is cool. There is another one just called Marathon Training, it's ok.

Here are some more that I am going to start looking into:

http://www.runningtimes.com/Channel.aspx?CategoryID=485 looks to have really good ones. They might be short, but if you did Play All it would just cycle through them.

Another one is at http://www.runningpodcasts.org/ - no idea if it's good or not.

This forum asked the same question and has lots of ideas: http://www.runningahead.com/forums/topic/f2f4d925612c4fd1b5cb14073c051c31
