One hour of fast walking. Calf felt fine. Thought about running, but not yet.
45 minutes fast walking at the high school. No calf pain.
Push-ups, planks, pull-ups.
45 minutes of walking, with 1 mile running included. A little bit of stiffness in right calf, so I stopped with 1 mile today.
Two miles and a lot of walking around the high school. Then 10 minutes on the elyptical machine at home. A little bit of discomfort and tightness in the right calf still.
3 miles around the high school. A little bit of discomfort in the right calf, but not bad. 15 minutes on the elyptical later.
