Ran @ 6am w/Alana - we started our first mile @ 9:18 pace and then kept the pace around a 9 min mile (a few in between were faster, but still, slower run - again). My right shin began hurting at mile 4. This bothers me, but I realized how fast I jumped my miles so I am going to try and keep miles, just lower this week. Ice and do my PT stretches and exercises. |
