Ran up the course from the hotel in Kenmore square to boston college. Went up over and down heartbreak then turned back. Slight headwinds and 40 degrees going up, warmed up nice coming back. Legs feeling as good as I can expect....knee a bit tender but it is what it is. 8:23 average pace. Weather is expected to be nice for the race. Temps at the start in the mid to upper 40's and 60's for a high. We keep going out to see stuff and on the feet too much...spending the rest of the day in the hotel chillin, watching the people coming and going to Fenway park. |
