I decided to give the lower legs a break for a couple of weeks and work on the quads. Biking is really working them over! I am still doing some running but keeping the miles to a minimum. I have enjoyed working the run and bike together, kind of breaks up the training and keeps it fresher.
Hoes the ankle?
