| | Running: I was hurting today but I didn’t realize what pace I was running. It felt good though. 5 miles on Dikes, 7:00 average (35:01). I was expecting 7:20 so I’m happy about that. This’ll be my longest run this week, I need to have more restraint. Can’t come back too quickly.
Bike: 53 minutes, 11.19 miles

| | 3 miles running before work, 7:18 average. Planned on biking once I got to Salt Lake but that flopped. Busy day.

| | VA loop in Salt Lake (4 miles), 6:58 average. I am always surprised by how good running feels in Salt Lake compared to Cedar. Didn’t think a 1500 ft elevation change would make that much of a difference? Oh well I love it. It feels so great to come back down. Or maybe I just love being back in the city haha.
It was another really busy day, this is just a busy weekend. And it’s not the weekend yet but it feels like it for me haha. I nannied all day and then had my best friends bridal shower in the evening. I squoze my run in before it got too dark. Unfortunately no time for biking. I feel like a slacker, life is just crazy sometimes.

| | Running: Wasatch loop, 7:03 average (5.5 miles). It was quite warm. Everything feels so good, I don’t feel any pain in my femur and I’m stoked to be running, I’ve missed it so much. I wish I could run farther but I’m already pushing it as it is.
Bike: an hour up Emigration canyon (timed on my phone because my watch died. Didn’t catch how far it was).

| | VA loop again, watch was still dead so didn’t get the pace. Hiked Grandeur Peak beforehand and decided to call that good, I was tired. So no biking.
