| | Running: pushed it to 2 miles, 14:15 (7:08 average). Felt good and relaxed. I was kind of surprised that it was faster than 50% range if I’m being honest, thought it’d be more like 7:30-7:45 pace.

| | I might regret this run later on but I don’t care. I needed a pick me up, it’s been a really tough couple of days. But God is so good and there’s a positive to everything.
I was surprised by this run actually. I expected it to be a whole lot harder than it was. It wasn’t easy but I wasn’t dying so I’m in better shape than I thought. 7:11 average for 7.5 miles (53:55). Slowest mile was 7:28 at the beginning, fastest 6:58 at the end. Felt relaxed and awesome to get out again, but probably not smart. I’ll back it down to 2 or 3 for a week or so. Didn’t feel any pain in my femur so I’m crossing my fingers I didn’t just screw everything up haha.

Running: 2 miles. Took it easy at 7:36 average. It was at the hottest and windiest part of the day, that’s when I’ve been biking/running like all summer haha. But today it wore me out a lot, I think it was in the mid-90s. Maybe it’s time to stop sleeping in and get it done before work. I’m also sore from yesterday but it feels good.
