Running: 5 minutes on the turf. Paid more attention to how far I went because I remembered my garmin isn’t reliable when running around the track. Also tried to keep as close to lane 1 as I could to make it more accurate. I made it about 1360 meters in 5 minutes which is about 5:55 pace. My 800 split was 2:55. I’m not really setting out to go sub-6:00 pace, it just kind of happens... it’s comfortably hard and I can only run for 5 minutes so what the heck?

| | Short on time today. Biked about 10 minutes and did 5 minutes of running, this time made it about 1350 meters, 800 split 2:58. It was windy and I wasn’t very warmed up.
Hiked in 101 degree heat for 30 minutes with Kaydon in Toquerville, got saved by some friends in a Jeep.

Running: 5 minutes, made it about 1340 meters? Idk this is a good guessing game. To the 40 yd line. Lap splits 89, 2:59, 4:30. I didn’t feel as great, probably because it was hot and windy.

Running: 5 minutes. Today's lap splits: 84, 2:53, 4:23. Made it to the 30 yd line closest to the 200 start (30 yds farther than yesterday). Thought for sure today's was going to be slower because I was tired and hot after an hour of biking, but nope!

Running: 5 minutes. Lap splits 84, 2:52, 4:21. Made it to the 15 yd line so maybe 25 meters from the 200 (1375 meters).

Running: bumped up to 10 minutes! Made it about 1.6 miles (6.5 laps on the turf right next to the track), I kinda died at the end but oh well. The wind had picked up a ton too so that didn’t help. Didn’t feel great but I was happy I could run more. Lap splits were 87.4, 2:57 (89.9), 4:29 (92.4), 6:05 (95.6), 7:37 (92.1), 9:15 (98.1), 45. Haha not consistent at all but you know we’ll work on that.
