| | Up to the zoo, then VA loop and a lap in the cemetery. 7:49 average. I have a painful cough, headache, sore throat, and bad congestion. Chest was burning on the run, not very fun. Hopefully I can get over it soon.
Happy New Year! 2018 will be a good one.

| | Wasatch loop to Sunnyside, 7:32 average. Felt drained of energy but headache and throat aren’t so bad. Hattie tested positive for strep so I’m hoping I don’t get that on top of what I have.

| | VA loop to 1300 E, over to Sugarhouse, a lap around, then back to my parents house along 1500 E. 7:47 average. Still don’t feel too great, but there is a little improvement. I’m hoping it’ll be gone by next week. I’m getting pretty pumped for track season! Our first meet is next weekend, if I travel it’ll be my first collegiate meet in two years. Kind of crazy, but this time around will turn out great!

| | Felt 10x better than I did two days ago. I still have a cough and congestion but I’m on the tail end of being sick, which is awesome. Energy is coming back. Ended up doing Wasatch + VA loop again, then back up to Foothill to add to 10. 7:13 average. I picked it up a lot on the second half, had 4 miles sub 7:00.

| | Last run in Salt Lake. Met Angie at Sugarhouse today, both of us felt kind of sluggish. We went along 1500 E to 900 S, down to 1300 E and to the Catholic Church, then back along 13th to the cemetery, a lap in there, and back to Sugarhouse. 7:47 average.
On an unrelated note, the Greatest Showman is a must see. Great music, best movie I’ve seen in a long time.
