| | Shriner's run. Hit a wall after mile 4. At the end I felt like I had just finished a 15 mile run, not 7. But at least I know I'm slowly getting back in shape, I've still got time. 8:16 average. |

| | Wasatch loop, 8:08 average. Left foot is kind of hurting, hoping it's nothing too major and will go away in a few days. Update: I was stupid and shouldn't have run today. I probably just made things worse, but I told myself to suck it up and run through it. I'm fairly confident I have a stress fracture in my metatarsal. It only hurts when I put weight on it. I can pinpoint the exact spot where the pain originates, a small point in the metatarsal region. When I pinch it, one finger on top and one on bottom, even lightly I have shooting pain. When I pinch one metatarsal over I get nothing. So I know it's the bone, which most likely means stress fracture. Hooray. |

| | Core then finally gave in to running. Have been itching to go. Foot was feeling better, but unfortunately after 2 the pain intensified. Yes, probably really stupid of me. Will probably stick to bike and/or elliptical from now on. |

| | My motivation has gone into the toilet. Time to start committing to a workout a day again. Even if I can't run I should at least try to do what I can. 3 miles on the elliptical today. |

| | Screw it. Decided to run today, I'm tired of ellipticals. Foot hurt but not as bad as I was expecting, I think I'll try out running and if it doesn't increase my pain I'll just endure it. It's 10x better than the gym :)
