WOW. It sucks to run up here. The higher elevation makes it just that much harder to run on your own. I had to run a loop several million times to get the mileage I need, and I HAD to have someone follow me on a four-wheeler, which made it that much more tempting to stop running and hop on. But I forced myself to run. I made it 1 lap, just a bit over 2 miles, when I felt like I couldn't breathe. I stopped for a bit, then continued. 9 miles that day. Then went wakeboarding!!! |
