Today we went to sunnyside. We went down to the track and did a grass lap, and then did 8 X strides across the field. After that we did 10 hill strides. I felt like I did pretty well on those, a change from the beginning of track season where I felt terrible whenever we did those. Then we did another grass lap and went up to sunnyside again and finished to 6. On the cool down part I didn't feel good anymore. Then went to Youth Conference! |
