7:48 average. Haven't really been paying attention to my weight, haven't actually been trying to lose it (my diet consists mostly of bread, cheese, milk and cereal because I love them a bit too much) but found a scale today and I was curious! So I checked and I'm 2 pounds off of where I was before my mission, a bit of a shock! But I welcome it. Maybe if I actually tried to be healthy I'd be a lot lighter... but carbs are soooo good |
