| | Wasatch loop today, 7:45 average. I have been feeling low back and hip pain, I recognize it as SI joints being out of alignment. Unfortunately I always had Haley or Alesha help realign them while I was at SUU and being on my own I wasn't sure how to do that alone. I tried to imitate the things they did but I couldn't really do it properly on my own, so I resorted to YouTube today. Found a video and tried the stretch, felt a pop and legs feel the same length again so I think it worked! Thank you YouTube. |

Haven't really been paying attention to my weight, haven't actually been trying to lose it (my diet consists mostly of bread, cheese, milk and cereal because I love them a bit too much) but found a scale today and I was curious! So I checked and I'm 2 pounds off of where I was before my mission, a bit of a shock! But I welcome it. Maybe if I actually tried to be healthy I'd be a lot lighter... but carbs are soooo good |
