AM:
Went to the track for some speed. We did a mile warmup and a mile speed changes. Then we changed shoes. We did 3 x 500 at mile pace, slower for 100, then 200 at mile pace. I was a little slow, I felt sluggish. Then we did a lap, changed shoes, and went up to sunnyside, did a lap and came back to the track. PM: I had a job interview/meeting, so after that I went for 4 miles.
