Personal: Just graduated from Lehi High School and am headed down to SUU this fall. Besides running I also love hiking, boating, paddleboarding, the beach, the sun, the summer, basically anything warm :)

| | Did the skyridge version of the Dreammaker only decided not to race it cuz I'm a bit sore. So I paced Hannah and she killed it so shout out to her. Cooled down barefoot on the grass at skyridge and ran back to the park. Had a pretty tasty breakfast so that's a win. |

| | Warmed up to Airport hill from my house then did 3×3 90sec sprints up the hill, rest was the jog down and a lap around the groval between sets. Was pretty hard but stayed motivated and hit the same place every time which was good. Shout out to the guy who was doing repeats on the other side of.the hill, he kills it. Also saw two chickens crossing the road which fulfills one of my childhood dreams #whydidthechickencrosstheroad? |

6 Minute Test (1.019 Miles) 00:06:00 | | Warmed up to Skyridge and got ready for the six minute test! Girls went first so we hopped on the line, Jamie fired the imaginary gun and we were off. Didn't figure out exact splits in my head but I knew I wanted to be over a mile so around 90sec. Came through first lap at like an 84 and was feeling pretty good. Third lap I slowed quite a bit and realized I had like exactly 90sec so I picked it up. Finsihsed really hard, started sprinting before there was 10sec left so that's good. Got 4 laps and 40meters so I felt pretty good about it. Definitely one of my favorite workouts that we do. |

| | Got on the run around 7:30, went from my house to the park by freedom and hopped on the MCT. Got about half a mile past Highland Glen Park before turning around, it was super nice and too hot. Kept the pace avg around 7:45 last mile I was feeling good so I dropped a 6:50 which felt nice. Ended up finishing in my neighborhood so I had walk a bit back to my house and my neighbor gave me a caprisun so that's a win. Shout out to the LP boys cuz I saw them out on their run while I was on mine. |
