noon - Was happily surprised to see Vern out on the old lunchtime route today. I guess he figured me to be a creature of habit :). We did the usual loop route routine - 6.3 for me. Another nice breezy day. Hopefully, I'll get to see more Vern after he does some post-op convalescing.

noon - just did 5 again today. Bottom of Colleen's hill and back. Felt good today and ran a bit harder than usual.

noon - did the usual 6.3. Nice cool day. Broke out the long sleeves today. Did the distance in 52:33. Didn't run particularly hard, but felt good. Kept thinking about the Bill Maher movie that Bethany and I went to see on Thursday. It wasn't as funny as Borat and it seemed like Bill Maher was taking the movie seriously. I didn't think it worked well as a movie and it certainly didn't bring anything new to the discussion if it was supposed to be serious.
