1115 - Ran earlier than usual to accommodate a 1 o'clock meeting. Ran to the bottom of Colleen's hill solo. Vern's trying to rest that leg. I walked up part of the hill, but ran a moderate pace on the run. It was humid, though not too hot. I really didn't feel to bad, though maybe a little slower on the hills today. |
