4.5 at 6:58, -3% decline.

Felt a little something in my left calf, so finished my planned 16 with 4 very easy.  More Force:

Spent the evening at my daughter's Jr. High School band performance.  Other than the stifling heat (no air conditioning), it was very enjoyable.  My daughter plays the bassoon and clarinet.

After the concert I snuck in a quick 3.5 just to burn a few calories and not take a zero.

One hour FIT class, lots of stuff similar to this:

 

Mountain climbers get brutal.

 So do burpees.


And knee lifts.  Finished with 4 easy.  p.m. 6 more.
