One hour on eliptical at home. I've cracked my treadmill deck at home so need to get it replaced.
2 mile warm up at 8:20, 2 miles tempo at 6:40, 2 mile cool down at 8:00. Followed with one hour step with athletic moves class.
7 morning miles easy (8:10); One hour strong class after. 7 more evening miles at the gym (8:10)
15 miles on the treadmill, easy (8:20), with last 2 at not quite marathon pace (7:25)
