So Saturday I walk downstairs to see what's up with my five-year-old son.  He's all alone, singing and dancing making a video.  I didn't initially realize he was recording it on the computer, but here it is (he chose all the effects himself):

 I've already lost so much running-specific fitness by not being able to run as long or fast as I would like, so I finally am realizing that should swallow my pride and really make an effort to get it better.

30 minutes pool running.  Unfortunately, my pool does not have deep enough water to make this very worthwhile.  Oh, well, I tried.

1 hour total conditioning class.

50 minutes arc trainer.

UPDATE:  I've found a local pool that I can deep water run in.  I would like to borrow someone's pool running gear to give it a try.

20 minutes elliptical.

60 minutes upright bike.   (I really dislike biking, this is my sort of biking experience:)
