lol! Oh dear - I love Napoleon. Once my hubby was wearing his "Tina you fat lard come get some dinner" shirt and my friends mom's name (we were visiting) is Tina and we didn't know it. She asked my hubby what the shirt meant - I was SO embarrassed! As opposed to Teena, this lady could be called fat. One of my most embarrassing moments!!
Nice workout today - biking gets better after a couple months. Hang in there!
